How long can my board be left out without any food going bad?
Our boards and boxes can be left at room temperature for 4 - 6 hours. If enjoying later, place your board on ice in a cooler or in the refrigerator. If your event is outside, you have to consider that during the summer the temperatures are higher, therefore the exposure of food to the environment reduces the time limit on food risk control.
Where is the food prepared? Is it fresh?
Yes! All items are made and assembled fresh in a health department licensed kitchen.
What is your nut policy?
We do include nuts in some of our products. If you have any concerns about allergies, please specify them in a note when placing your order.
What do I do with the board when I am done? Can I keep it?
You may return your board, box, and dishes to our locations at anytime during business hours, we can come pick everything up from you with additional fee depend of the miles, or you may keep the board for an additional fee.
Can I order my box to be delivered at a specific time?
Yes, during the business hour.

Do you have gluten-free and vegan options? If so, does it cost extra?
Yes we do. We do charge extra for gluten free options. When building your board, you can select gluten-free, vegan, dairy free, no pork, and choose to include or not to include nuts.
